ARCTIC MONKEYS #2

 

Last week I posted an entry about the Arctic Monkeys' new song "Crying Lightning".
Even though I'm quite disappointed by this new track, the Arctic Monkeys still know how to entertain their audience.

I think this band is awesome because they clearly understand how to use web 3.O promotional tools in order to hold their fans and keep different media spellbound until the album's official released (ie, the Youtube videos series “The View From…”, their Facebook profile, Twitter, their website).

Tonight, the Arctic Monkeys’ “Crying Lightning” video clip will be broadcasted exclusively on Channel 4 at 11:35 pm.
In the meantime the band has posted-up a behind-the-scenes film from the video clip.

As the band is full of surprise, they announced a mysterious web transmission on Thursday 30th July, 9:00 pm.
