ALEX METRIC

I’ve been listening to Alex Metric remixes for a while now and every single time I just found them wicked! I don’t really get why Alex Metric isn’t more famous down here, so I hope by listening to few of his remixes and tracks you’ll find them as addictive as I do.

 

 

 

I’ve never seen him live yet so I can’t really tell how extended his talent is, but if you are in UK this month go and see him and let me know if he is as good in live as he is in a studio!

The hooded brats are back with two new remixes while they are locked up in the studio finishing mixing their first official debut album that will be launched in 2010.

After performing in many major festivals across France last summer, the Brighton kids will be performing a DJ set at Transmusicales, Rennes - for the 3^rd time - on December 5^th, before going back on tour in UK with their pals, The Prodigy.

A PLACE TO BURY STRANGERS

If Joy Division still existed I’m pretty sure that today they would sound like A PLACE TO BURY STRANGERS.

The shoegaze experimental rock trio is famous for being “the New York City's "loudest band".

Largely influenced by psychedelic and heavy rock, APTBS is - I think - one of the most mind-blowing stage performers I have ever seen. APTBS set is just trippy as hell and the songs completely out of space.

After a debut album in 2007, APTBS launched its new LP “Exploding Head” few months ago.

The new single “KEEP SLIPPING AWAY” will be released on December 7^th.

This one is actually one of my favourite SOUTH CENTRAL remixes, one of the most well crafted the hooded gang had ever released!!
